Training and support

Structured onboarding, from introduction to first case.

Actomed trains and supports UK clinics adopting Mytocel MSK®. Structured onboarding: protocol training, equipment orientation, first-case support and a documented consumables list.

The framework

Six steps from introduction to ongoing support.

Training for correct use, delivered by qualified Actomed personnel and aligned to the current professional protocol.

  1. 01

    Clinical introduction

A review with the clinical lead of the technology, the supplied evidence, the documented indications and their limitations.

  2. 02

    Equipment orientation

Familiarisation with the N4SA processing unit, the single-use Rigeneracons® RS device, setup and the supporting materials.

  3. 03

    Protocol walkthrough

How the four stages relate, and where the controlled detail of the professional protocol must be followed exactly.

  4. 04

    Clinic preparation

Room setup, stock, documentation, consent and aftercare pathways checked against the documented consumables list.

  5. 05

    First-case readiness

Practical support for the first case, agreed with the treating clinician before clinical use.

  6. 06

    Ongoing support

Current resources, consumables reordering from UK stock and a direct route for product or safety questions.

First case

Support agreed before clinical use.

First-case planning is agreed with the treating clinician, who remains responsible for patient selection, consent, the procedure and follow-up. Actomed's part is practical: equipment, protocol and readiness support appropriate to the clinic, the team and the intended service.

The current instructions for use, the professional protocol and formal training take precedence over any website orientation.

Ongoing

Support continues after the first case.

Next step

Start with an introduction.

Onboarding, first-case support and supply are planned around your service once the clinical fit is agreed.
